We offer it all! Cardio, strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, agility, coordination and mental focus, all in the same workout! Great for all fitness levels! Our ladies fitness camp workouts are set up to allow every participant to work at their own level.

The class is going to allow you to perceive your body in a different manner. From your toes all the way up to your skull, we are going to embrace movement - in many forms… Every little inch in our body is connected to every other inch and every part has a reason to be…
This body awareness class emphasizes the fundamentals of symmetry for the pure purpose of body harmony. This class will help you develop flexible posture, alignment and strength. But above all, it will provide you tools to know yourself and therefore be centered.
Class Dates: June 2nd -July 23rd Classes will meet @ Anna Jean Cummings Park 461 Old San Jose Rd, Soquel . Mondays and Wednesdays @ 8:30 a.m.

Train your body in a new way while you learn how to move with precision and grace. Develop a strong core and have fun at the same time. Pilates in the Park uses the proven Pilates principles to challenge your balance and strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
Every muscle in the body will be engaged as you work from the core outward, incorporating your breath as you tone your body with efficient, focused movement. Pilates in the Park is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat, towel and a water bottle and join in on the fun!
