My goal is to help you live a healthy lifestyle. As your personal trainer, I will do my best to provide you with the information, motivation, and dedication you need to succeed. I know that everyone is different, so I will help you discover the activities that you enjoy to keep you moving. I will provide you with the tools and up to date information you need in your commitment to yourself. You will be able to rely on me when you need a little push to get going.
I believe that good health is a life long commitment. You can count on me to be there for you for as long as you need, in a manner that works for you.
I have been active my whole life. Growing up in Lake Tahoe, it is hard not to be. I love running and have been doing so for about 15 years. I firmly believe that a healthy diet and exercise are vital for living a happy, healthy life.
