Greg Van Meter Bio

About me:
I have been involved in sports and fitness for ten years now. The most exciting thing about fitness for me is how it's constantly evolving and being pushed in different directions.

Greg Van Meter
Fitness can be done wherever, whenever, and however you please as long as you have the right knowledge and motivation. I enjoy training outdoors, at parks, the beach and in my own backyard. In my spare time I like to take my dogs to the beach, go surfing, or spend it playing rugby for the Aptos Beach Dogs.

My workouts:
I utilize different varieties of exercises each workout and focus on your specific goals so we can get the most out of every session. Working out should be something you look forward to, I focus on functional full body exercises which will leave you revitalized rather than run-down at the end of your session. I enjoy training with people of all ages and fitness levels and develop each workout accordingly.
